My Approach

I work to create a nonjudgmental, nurturing space where you can explore deeply rooted patterns and heal with a combination of support and practical feedback. Together, we can increase your ability to be present and live more fully.

I’m a collaborative therapist who believes you are the expert in your own life, and that I’m the guide who can help you move towards your goals.

I use a trauma-informed approach to therapy, including methods like Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), so we can understand the deeper wounds that are creating current symptoms.

About Me

I knew from a fairly young age that I wanted to be a therapist due to my own experiences in therapy. My goal is to help other women feel empowered and worthy.

I attended UCSB for my undergraduate degree and went to Alliant International University to earn my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.

I’ve worked in a variety of settings throughout my career as a therapist, including a residential setting for teenagers, in homes supporting youth and families in the foster system, and in a group practice seeing individuals and families on an outpatient basis.

I started my private practice after becoming a mom to create the balance in my life that I was searching for. I love that I get to support my clients in work that I am passionate about while having time for my family and for self-care.
